This can be used for both products that come with a box, such as toys, tableware, and shoes, as well as products that do not come with a box, such as clothing.

If you select Nekopos as your shipping method, there is a thickness limit of 3cm, so we will include wrapping materials and you will need to wrap the item yourself after it arrives.

If you would like your item to be delivered wrapped, such as when sending a gift directly, please select courier delivery as the shipping method.
