For products that are in stock, orders placed by 1:00 PM JST will be processed for shipment the next day. However, please note that no shipments will be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Your order will be shipped to the address you specified via Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service).

The tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. You can check the delivery status yourself using the tracking website provided by Japan Post below.

While we take great care in packaging, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause damage during transit. In the event that you notice any irregularities in the condition of the packaging upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and inspect the contents for any damage in the presence of your local postal service staff.

 

DUTY&TAX

For international transactions, the products you order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and consumption tax upon import.

We ship all international orders on a DDU* (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Therefore, VAT, customs duties, consumption taxes, or any unforeseen special charges and brokerage fees are not included in the payment at the time of purchase.

If these additional fees are required for you to clear the product from customs, you will be responsible for paying them. For more detailed information regarding the import of products, please contact your local customs office."

*DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) refers to a shipping arrangement where the buyer is responsible for.

 

Return/Exchange

In the case of international transactions, if there is damage or malfunction caused by our company, or if the product delivered differs from the one ordered, we will process an exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below. However, if the ordered product is already out of stock, we may propose either a refund or an exchange for an alternative product. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

1.We kindly ask that you contact us within 15 days of receiving the product and provide details of your order, along with an explanation of any damage, defects, or incorrect items.
2.Please have the order confirmation email ready as proof of purchase and complete the return/exchange form specified by our company.
3.We kindly ask that you return the damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product in its original packaging to our company.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer convenience in the case of international transactions. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance."
