Home Delivery (Sagawa Express)
Flat rate nationwide: 605 yen (tax included) (1,320 yen for Okinawa with delivery by Yamato Transport, tax included)
Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote islands, depending on the package size.
In such cases, we will inform you of the revised shipping cost after your order.

If the total purchase amount is less than 20,000 yen (tax included), shipping fees (starting from 650 yen excluding tax) will apply. Please check the shipping cost in the email we send you after your order.

Mailbox Delivery via Nekoposu (Yamato Transport)
Flat rate shipping: ¥250 (tax included) nationwide.
Free shipping via Nekoposu is available for orders over ¥7,000 (tax included).
Nekoposu is a delivery service where your package is dropped into a mailbox, newspaper box, or mailroom at the address written on the package exterior.
Because of this, cash-on-delivery and specific delivery date/time requests are not available.
Due to thickness restrictions, we cannot ship items in gift-wrapped condition.
If you would like gift wrapping, please select the non-woven fabric gift bag option and wrap it yourself upon arrival.
If you wish to send a wrapped gift to an address different from your own, please choose Takkyubin (home delivery) instead.
Cash-on-delivery, and delivery date/time specification are not supported.
If you place multiple items in one order and it cannot be shipped via Nekoposu, we will switch to Takkyubin and bill the difference accordingly.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number when the package is shipped.
Please note: tracking only confirms whether the package has passed through certain depots; detailed tracking like courier services is not available.
The compensation limit for loss or damage is ¥3,000 (tax included).
For deliveries to apartment mailboxes or fragile items, we strongly recommend using Takkyubin (home delivery).

If you wish to pick up your order at the physical store listed below, please still set your shipping address to your home address.

Payment Methods
Amazon Pay
You can easily pay by credit card using your Amazon member ID when shopping on our site, just like you do on the Amazon website.
Credit Card

Only lump-sum payments are accepted. We do not support installment payments.
We do not issue credit card receipts. Please check the statement sent by your card issuer.
We will ship the product as soon as we receive approval from the card issuing company.

PayPay
●When ordering from a smartphone
① Tap the "Confirm Order" button.

② You will be automatically redirected to the PayPay app screen. Please complete the payment. (It may take about 5 seconds, so be careful not to close the screen.)

③ Do not close the screen until you return to our shop page.
* If you close the screen before returning, the payment will not be completed.
●When ordering from a PC
① Click the "Confirm Order" button.

② There are two payment methods:
A. Use the PayPay app on your smartphone, or
B. Log in to your PayPay account using your registered phone number and password.
For A: In the PayPay app, tap the “Pay” button at the bottom, select “Scan Payment,” and scan the QR code shown on your PC screen to complete the payment.
For B: After logging in, a verification code will be sent to your smartphone via SMS. Enter the code to complete the payment.

③ Do not close the screen until you return to our shop page.
* If you close the screen before returning, the payment will not be completed.
Mobile Carrier Payment
You can pay for your order together with your mobile phone bill.
Supported carriers include docomo, au, and SoftBank smartphones (only docomo for feature phones).
If you add gift wrapping or change the shipping method after payment, we may send you a separate payment URL later to settle the price difference.
Cash on Delivery (Sagawa Express)
Payment is made upon delivery. (Please pay the delivery staff when you receive your order.)
A cash-on-delivery handling fee will be charged as follows: ¥330 for orders up to ¥10,000 (tax included), ¥440 for orders between ¥10,001 and ¥30,000, and ¥660 for orders above ¥30,001.

- ● If the item is in stock → We will exchange it (we will cover the round-trip shipping costs).
- ● If the item is out of stock → We will issue a refund (we will cover the shipping and bank transfer fees), or you can exchange it for another item (we will cover the round-trip shipping costs).
* If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount.
Any payments or refunds related to returns/exchanges will be adjusted using your original payment method.
If adjustment is not possible via the original method, we will process the refund or charge via bank transfer.
